Restricting Walk-In Clients as a Precaution Against COVID-19

As the situation with COVID-19 changes around the globe, Insurance Buddy continues to monitor the situation closely. We’ve been carefully watching developments in local communities, across the country, and internationally. We’re actively tracking the guidance of health authorities and making decisions accordingly.
As an organization, we are committing to keeping our employees and customers safe by taking appropriate precautions to prevent spreading or contracting the virus. As a result, from March 16, 2020, and until further notice, we will restrict walk-in clients coming into our office. We will continue to work with you and support you by phone, fax and email. Please call your Broker or Customer Service Representative and they will be happy to assist you over the phone for any type of service you need. We are set-up to accept electronic money transfer if you need to make a payment and we’re also set-up to accept electronic signature if you need to send us documents with signature.
We remain committed to being available to assist you as we always are, and we thank you for your support and understanding. Insurance Buddy remains open for business, and we will keep you informed of any updates, as required, throughout this situation.
